Class & Registration Information
Please note: For safety reasons and out of respect for students and instructors, students will NOT be permitted to attend online yoga classes 15 minutes past the posted start time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Online Class Protocol: We ask that students begin class with their sound unmuted to go through a brief introduction and ask questions. After this, yoga will begin and students may mute their audio. For the safety and comfort of our instructors and students, we ask that all students have their camera on during the entirety of the class.
To help identify which classes will best suit your needs, we offer the following key:
Physical Intensity Level: "High" indicates a vigorous, athletic, physically strenuous workout that will make most people sweat. "Low" indicates a gentle, restful, restorative workout, with the emphasis of the practice on relaxing.
