In this interactive workshop you will learn how to:
~Maintain alignment of your expanding pelvis in preparation for birth through chiropractic.
~Learn the benefits of prenatal chiropractic care such as: less back/pelvis pain, better sleep, managing nausea and leg pain (siatica), and more.
~Take-Home exercises and tips to try out with your partner to help through pregnancy, prepare for birth and help with recovery.
~Learn what a safe exercise program should consist of post-pregnancy and learn safe carrying techniques for lifting baby, strollers and car seats.
~Learn the details of postpartum recovery such as: organ prolapse, urinary incontinence when you laugh, cough or sneeze and diastasis recti.
