In Harmony Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training

This program is designed to give you the tools to safely and effectively lead prenatal and postnatal yoga classes with knowledge and confidence. You will learn sequencing and teaching skills, anatomy and physiology, restorative yoga, community building, pranayama, mindfulness, meditation and more.

Along with the expertise of the lead teachers, each weekend we have a guest speaker  addressing fundamental aspects of the prenatal and postpartum periods to better support mamas physically, mentally, emotionally and practically.

After completing both modules  you are eligible to attain a full 85-hour Prenatal Certification through Yoga Alliance.
