Online Kids Yoga
A great opportunity for the kids to move, breath and have some fun! Class descriptionsThis fun, energetic 45 min yoga class is geared towards kids ages 3-9. Parents are welcome to participate as well! We will work on taking calming breaths, stretching, and getting our wiggles out. Suggested props: yoga mat, towel or small blanket, pillow or cushion.
