The first weeks and months of caring for a new baby are full of wonderful and challenging moments. Sleep (or the lack there of) is one of the biggest challenges new parents face.
Blossom is happy to announce that our Sleep Consultant Caroline Morris is here to help support families with infants and toddlers who are working through sleep challenges now in a new format: private 1-on-1 appointments.
Appointments last 1 hour and will work with Caroline and will happen either AT YOUR HOME or via VIDEO CALL. She will be available to support you through whatever sleep challenge you are facing. Issues commonly covered:

How to help a baby transition from sleeping with a parent to their own crib or bed.

The stage at which a baby can stop feeding at night.

How many naps a baby needs and how long each should be.

The age at which a baby should no longer be swaddled.

Ways to soothe a fussy, tired baby.
These are just a few examples of sleep challenges many parents deal with and as our children grow the challenges change and we need support and insight to help them get the sleep they need to thrive.
Caroline's approach is gentle, non-judgemental, and respectful of both baby and parents' sleep needs.
Knowing that there are many ways to parent and that there is no one right way to figure out sleeping with a newborn and a toddler in the house, you will be able to talk openly and with her guidance create the best plan for your family.
In Home Appointments: $80 for 1 hour
Virtual Appointments: $55 for 1 hour
