Isha Santos
Instructor
Isha teaches Prenatal Yoga and Back to You Fitness at Blossom. Her classes strike a balance
between calming and energizing movements, taught at a pace where one moves from one pose
to another with deliberate attention. She encourages her students to challenge their bodies, and
to recognize when to move more gently. Isha received her yoga training at Yoga Source in Los
Gatos, focusing primarily on Vinyasa-style yoga with an emphasis on proper alignment, breath,
and effective sequencing. She completed her prenatal teacher training at Lotus Blossom.
Isha’s love of movement extends beyond yoga: she enjoyed dancing ballet for many years, and she is a personal trainer and fitness instructor. Helping others develop a healthy and active lifestyle is
her goal.
Isha has a graduate degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Behavioral Science. She created
intervention plans to help individuals with disabilities develop their skills.
Isha is originally from the Philippines. She is a mom to a curious and active baby girl.
“I like teaching at Blossom because I know how important it is for moms to have a healthy
pregnancy. I went to Blossom when I was expecting, and it helped me manage physical
discomfort. It was nice to find a community of people on the same journey. Blossom provides a
welcoming environment, and is a great resource for growing families.”
