Katie Sinnott

Katie first discovered yoga in 2001, and quickly became fascinated with the positive mental and physical effects that came from this dynamic breath and movement practice. Since then, she has immersed herself in the study of various styles of yoga and energy work, and is certified in Hatha, Pre & Postnatal, Yin, and Kundalini Yoga as well as Reiki and Sound Healing.
Katie loves being a part of the Blossom community, and supporting women through the transformative experience of pregnancy, birth and motherhood.
Her weekly prenatal classes emphasize fluid movement connected to breath, while safely strengthening and toning the lower body and pelvic floor, opening the chest and shoulders, and working with the hips. Most importantly, these classes act as a time to connect and move with your baby, breathe deeply and savor this unique and powerful time of life. Additionally, as a trained Doula she offers up practice with laboring positions and breathing techniques, woven into the yoga practice for those who are interested in those tips or nearing their due date.
