This workshop series runs Sundays from 3:00pm - 4:30pm 
January 24th, 31, February 7th, 14th and 21st

Each session will provide embodied wisdom based on YOUR unique menopause journey. Marti and her team of experts will offer holistic remedies and practices to incorporate into your daily life. You will have the option to work privately with any of these Menopause experts during or after the workshop series.

February 21: Nourishing Food For Menopause:  Lorena Martinez  &  Closing Circle:  Marti Foster


You are going to learn ways to perceive and flow through Peri Menopause and Menopause that will transform your relationship with yourself and your family.
 
This is what you can look forward to:
Manage symptoms with specific breath-work, guided sound meditations and yoga postures related to your individual needs.

Understand the combined wisdom of Eastern and Western holistic health practices.
Engage in a weekly online women’s circle filled with connection, support and shared resources.
 
Marti brings a wealth of knowledge, personal experience with menopause and humor.
She is the founder of Silicon Valley Sage Women Forum and Sage Women Yoga.

This workshop series masterfully blends intention setting, reconnection to nature’s cycles, discussion, resource sharing and deep connection with other women. Our mission is to provide better understanding of Perimenopause and Menopause as a woman’s rite of passage.

We will explore psychological and emotional changes that arrive during this life transition.  As a collective voice, we’ll share ideas and resources.
