#MeToo Trauma Support Group with Phyllis Klaus
Wednesday, September 26, 2018
4 - 6 PM
Blossom is honored to offer a free community support group with internationally recognized trauma expert Phyllis Klaus, MFT, LMSW.
Many in our community have been deeply affected by the current political climate in which a local Palo Alto (Christine Blasey Ford) mother has stepped out to speak of her sexual assault experience. As her story is shared across the world and she is publicly standing up to tell her story, we are aware that a number of sexual assault survivors are retraumatized by their own traumatic experiences.
We are here to help. Know that you are not alone. Blossom's doors are open for you and we encourage you to join other survivors in a supportive facilitated group with Phyllis.
Due to the nature of the conversation, we kindly request that babies that are mobile be under the care of another person. If childcare is needed, you may contact Blossom 24 hours before the event.
