Mommy and Baby Pilates
Baby Pilates is a way of bonding with your baby through movement, rhythm, and touch with Kathy Buck Thomson every Monday at 10am.
In this class, you will have quality time with your baby. Starting with pelvic floor and core work for Moms. Breathing exercises with baby, to get calm and centered. Moving your baby with rhythm, including tummy time. Standing movements, for more core work. The class will end with a corrective rest.

This is a Drop-in class, but if you would like to Reserve your space in any drop-in class you can with Advanced Check-in!
