Sharon offers healing touch while Jeff plays bowls. While you rest, luxuriate in a sound bath of Crystal Bowls, tuned to activate and align each of your seven chakras. Drop into deep rest, enhanced by a crystal and stone grid programmed to support your sleep cycle. All levels of experience welcome! This class is appropriate for all people, including all stages of pre and post-natal. Sharon Dawson is a Restorative and Pre/Post Natal Yoga teacher with intention to heal the body.
