Online Fertility Kundalini Yoga Series
In this series we will utilize the powerful and ancient practice of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation to condition the body, mind, spirit and whole self to prepare for conception and motherhood. Each practice will combine breath work, physical postures and movements, use of mantra, and meditation specifically geared toward enhancing fertility, increasing energy flow and nourishing the reproductive and endocrine systems. Each class will end with a deep relaxation set the resonant, healing sounds of the gong played live.
In addition to our group practices, exercises and meditations will be shared that you can continue to practice at home throughout the series and after it ends, and we will also discuss wholistic practices you can choose to incorporate, such acupuncture and moxibustion, yoni steaming, recommended fertility diet and other fertility aides.
Over the four weeks, we’ll move and meditate together, chant, and connect to each other and to ourselves in a unique way. We all need community, and it is powerful and healing to come together right now to practice, and be resources for each other.
The journey through fertility doesn’t need to feel so isolating and all consuming. The techniques we will practice from the rich and expansive practice of Kundalini Yoga and meditation will help you to learn to listen to your own inner wisdom and guidance, and connect deeply to all aspects of your being.

We encourage women currently trying to conceive, either naturally or using assisted reproductive technology. All levels of yoga experience are welcome. Pre-registration is encouraged to secure your spot and drop-ins allowed
