Lorena is passionate about working with women through life transitions to help them live life at their fullest potential.
Functional Nutrition for Breastfeeding Moms Saturday November 6th from 11am to 12pm
When you are breastfeeding your body is working really hard to keep up with milk supply and if you are not eating right, you can feel physically and mentally depleted. In this nutrition class you will learn how to nourish yourself while you nurture your baby. You will understand the top foods and key nutrients you need to optimize your milk production, you will also learn about the gut-brain connection and how diet and lifestyle can reduce your chances of postpartum depression.
This class is appropriate for breastfeeding and pregnant moms in their last trimester.
Functional Nutrition for Pregnancy
Saturday December 4th from 11am to 12pm
Are you suffering from nausea, heartburn, leg cramps, insomnia, or all of the above? On this nutrition class you will learn how food and specific nutrients can help you reduce and manage your symptoms. You will also understand simple principles to balance your blood sugar which is really important in the prevention of gestational diabetes and overall health for you and our baby. Finally you will leave with a list of superfoods your baby needs for optimal brain development.
This class is appropriate for any stage of pregnancy.
