Come and celebrate the partnership between Blossom and Talo Yoga! PRENATAL TALO FLOW: Our prenatal yoga class is designed to support women preparing for childbirth. This prenatal session builds physical and mental stamina and relaxation through breathwork, strengthening movements (with special attention to pelvic floor), and targeted stretching.
