Therapy Ball Workshop
Pregnancy is hard on the body. But back pain and pregnancy don't have to go together! And after the baby arrives, the body goes through just as much while taking care of a baby. Join me in learning how to use Yoga Therapy Balls to help you massage out your aches and pains. The self-myofascial release techniques taught in this workshop will help you relieve pain in your hips, lower back and even your upper back, and shoulders.
Learn how to give yourself a daily massage without going to see a massage therapist! Word on the street is, these balls are better than the husband! :)
A set of balls ($15 value) will be included with registration. Members pay just $49! Everyone who could use some massage therapy (who couldn't!?) is welcome- moms, dads, friends without children, grandparents...
