Ananda Day Cavalli
Instructor
Ananda Day Cavalli was trained at Integral Yoga Institute in New York in their nine month program (200 hours). She also prenatal training through Lotus Blossom.
She spent the first half of her life making art, getting her MFA and working towards being an art star. Ananda has put that on hold for now to raise her two kiddos Kosha and Priya. Her art work focuses on transcending fears and negotiating the path to deep healing. To see her art please visit her website: www.anandacavalli.com
Ananda moved across the country when she was pregnant with her now five year old son Kosha. She quickly became a regular at the prenatal yoga classes. Her and her husband did their birth prep, found the most amazing doula for both theirchildren, and made friends at Blossom. She has always felt very supported throughout her pregnancy and parenting ups and downs at Blossom. As a teacher supporting her students is always her emphasis. It deeply nourishes her to grab a prop, hold a crying baby or just listen to a new mom’s concerns. Ananda feels honored and privileged to watch how a new mom and baby learn to work together on the mat and in life.
