Cindy Chow
Fundraising Specialist & Volunteer Coordinator
Cindy moved into the Fundraising Specialist role during early Spring 2020. She is continuing on as our Volunteer Coordinator as well. She was excited to take on the Volunteer Coordinator position two years ago because Blossom provides community support for pregnant women and new moms. Like many others who are not from the Bay Area, Cindy felt it was emotionally challenging to raise young children without help from nearby family. She received invaluable support from a local MOMS Club before learning about Blossom.
Cindy and her husband are from Canada. They have 2 children, a daughter in middle school and a son in elementary who were both born in Mountain View. Her family enjoys travel, martial arts, meeting new friends, playing games and supporting local restaurants and businesses.
Ensuring that moms and families feel understood and to know they’re not alone - that’s what motivates Cindy the most, having given birth by Cesarean twice and raising kids with family living afar. She’s excited about Blossom’s future and is confident that we can come up with new, innovative ways to build an even stronger, supportive community.
