Ekaterina Fradkina - Katie
Yoga Instructor
Katia started practicing Yoga as a teenager in Germany. At that time the practice of Yoga was not as common and popular as it is now. Especially not amongst teenagers. Always looking for a deeper conversation and a spiritual connection to life, Katia continued her Yoga journey during her busy University years. Yoga was a stress relief, a method to focus and relax.
In 2014 Katia moved to North America. Suddenly Yoga was everywhere and way more accessible than it has ever been back in Germany. Yoga turned into something way more to her than just an individual practice, it became a community.
Katia has been practicing different yoga styles over the past 15 years and has especially benefited from yoga during her two rather challenging pregnancies.
Pregnancy Yoga was a very humble experience; allowing her to take things one day at a time, listening to her body carefully and focusing on the present moment more than ever.
In January 2021 Katia completed the 200- RYT training with My Vinyasa Practice in Austin and started teaching private prenatal as well as local community classes.
