Hi, I'm Lacey. I'm a certified Women's Fitness Specialist, a certified Prenatal & Postnatal Fitness Specialist, a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, a certified (in-person) Personal Trainer, a certified Online Personal Trainer, a certified and a certified Nutrition Coach. I also hold certifications in Group Fitness and TRX.
As a severe postpartum depression survivor, and mama of two, and someone who still suffers from anxiety, I understand the key role exercise can play in improving one's quality of life. When I'm not training warrior mamas, I'm spending time with my two energetic little boys, or getting muddy competing in challenging obstacle course races.
My mission is to help moms at every age and stage of motherhood feel confident and strong. That's why I founded Beyond The Push Fitness! No matter what stage of motherhood you're in, your age, your fitness level, or where you are in life, I've got you!
