This one-hour experience is thoughtfully designed to nurture both you and your baby, offering expert assessments and soothing therapies for just $75.
What’s Included:
• Diastasis Recti & Pelvic Floor Assessment (20 minutes): Work with an occupational therapist to evaluate your core and pelvic floor health. Learn personalized tips and techniques to support your recovery and strengthen your body.
• Mini Massage (20 minutes): Relax with a calming, therapeutic massage performed by a massage therapist, easing tension and leaving you feeling refreshed and restored.
• Baby Craniosacral Therapy (20 minutes): Support your baby’s comfort and development with gentle craniosacral therapy performed by a lactation consultant and craniosacral therapist. This holistic approach helps address feeding challenges, muscle tension, and overall well-being for your little one.
