Pelvic Floor Yoga TUESDAYS @ 5:30pm Instructor: Shannon A non-flow class to focus on common but not normal issues involving the pelvic floor. This class is for anyone that is experiencing symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction or as a way to prevent potential issues. We start by developing awareness of the pelvic floor and the breath. Next, we will give time to release & stretch the areas connected with pelvic floor health and then aim to build strength/awareness/stability in these muscle groups.
