How can I become a Blossom Community Provider?
Visit our store and purchase the Community Providers Membership in the amount of $120 per year. Your subscription will be automatically renewed after one year from the date of purchase. If you don’t have a Blossom Account in Wellness Living, you will be prompted to create one.
Once we receive your payment, you will receive an email with a form to be filled with all the information to be displayed in your listing on our website. Please allow up to 24 hours for your new membership to be processed and your listing to appear on our website. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact us via email.
Your listing will be displayed as long as you have a paid subscription and will remain on our website until you request a cancellation.
Blossom reserves the right to terminate any Provider Listing at any time if Provider conduct does not align with Blossom's mission.

Please email blossom@blossombirthandfamily.com for a discount code worth 25% off. At the checkout, enter the code in the appropriate box and click on the check mark before submitting.
When will my listing expire?
Since the Provider Listings are now automatic, your listing will have its own schedule, running 365 days from the purchase date. Your Credit Card (or original form of payment) will be automatically charged exactly one year from the date of your first payment and every year thereafter until you cancel it.
Are there perks to being a Blossom Provider aside from my online listing?
Yes! Enjoy the following benefits in addition to your online listing:
*Some restrictions apply. Excludes Sign Language, CPR, Hiking Group, and is not eligible on class passes, support groups, or yoga & fitness classes.
We reserve the right to change and modify benefits as needed.
What if I decide to cancel my Provider Listing?
You may cancel your listing at any time. Just send an email to blossom@blossombirthandfamily.org to cancel your subscription.
We are sorry, but we cannot offer refunds in any amount once the system charges you for your annual subscription. You will receive an automated courtesy message from us one month before Wellness Living charges you. If you do intend to cancel your subscription, please contact us immediately and cancel your subscription payment renewal in your Blossom account. It is simple: log into your account, go to 'My Profile' > 'Passes and memberships'. Find your subscription to Blossom's Community Providers and uncheck the box: 'Autorenew'.
What should I do if I want to update my Listing (change contact info, logo, description…)?
When you finish filling out the form for your listing, you will receive an email with all the information you provided and a link at the bottom. This link gives you access to update the original form you filled out and changes will be published immediately as long as your subscription is current.
