Blossom's Networking Mixers

We held our first Blossom Networking Mixer in late September and it was a wonderful meetup with doulas, a therapist, parent group facilitators, yoga instructors, lactation experts and more.

The mixers are a great opportunity to meet other providers and instructors who share the same mission of empowering families on their pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, birthing and parenting journey. The mixers are also a time for professionals to learn and cross-promote with each other. Let's work together to make our Village as robust as possible! Networking Mixers are available to members of our provider network only.
We plan to host one every quarter. Get on the invite list today by Joining our Network Today!
"As a provider who largely works independently, having the opportunity to connect with the Blossom team has been so fulfilling. I moved to the Bay Area without much of a professional network and I've found such a wonderful and warm community within the Blossom Birth providers. Whether socializing at a Blossom event, brainstorming during work meetings, or simply having coffee with a Blossom colleague, I always find a deep and meaningful connection with others who share the same passion and commitment to maternal wellness."

Happy Hours with Instructors and Providers

11/15/2021

The first Thursday of every Month we have the pleasure to sit down and chat with one of our wonderful instructors/providers. Some of our past guests include:
  • Elizabeth Green (former Blossom ED and Sleep Specialist)
  • Bill White of Happy Baby Signs (learn all about the benefits of signing with baby)
  • Jenny Putt of Jenny Putt PT (prenatal and postnatal pelvic floor specialists)
  • Rotem Pearlson (postpartum doula, lactation consultant, & educator)
  • Cameron Seeberger (doula & childbirth educator)
  • Ben Arias (Beep! Beep! Car Seat & Baby Proofing)
  • Marnie Levenson (Mental Health Therapist, Blossom Board Member, & Trainer for Mentor Moms program)
To be on a Happy Hour, unless you're an already vetted Blossom Independent Contractor, you will need to go through a more detailed intake process. This process is in place to make sure we are providing sound and trusted resources to our Village of moms and parents. Thanks for your understanding and we hope to share a virtual coffee chat with you!

Provider Focused Newsletters

11/15/2021

We know it's been hard to stay connected in this new remote world that we live in and our hopes are that these small changes will bring us all a little closer. In this monthly newsletter we hope to share updates on our upcoming classes as well as updates that you may have to share. Our thoughts are to have a provider spotlight and a doula spotlight each month. We hope this effort will be seen as a type of career networking and experience sharing forum.
If you're interested in learning how to get your information on the newsletter, please contact our Marketing Manager, Jeeta. She will provide the steps and guidelines and ideas for materials.
