Toddler and ME class
Join Alyssa every Saturday at 11am at Mitchell Park starting June 4th
Toddler and ME is a kiddo-friendly strength & cardio-focused workout led by certified personal trainer, Alyssa Jacobson.
Hop, skip, and crawl your way through this class that is an innovative mix of strength training, low impact cardio, and mobility/stretching in only an hour.
This class is interactive for both you and your toddler helping introduce them to exercise, with a mix of movements that you can do together and also some specific to just mom or toddler.
The workout is designed with options for both pre and post natal moms, and all fitness levels are welcome. Wherever you are in your journey, we will meet you and your toddler there!
You can enjoy a supportive environment that enables you to meet other moms while your kids have a great time.

Monthly Unlimited Pass: $199
8-Class and Monthly Unlimited Passes can be used interchangeably with Group and Yoga classes. Member discounts available.
