System Migration Questions

Picture
Blossom classes are now

This new system is user friendly, but you may have questions. See answers to some common concerns below.

Question: How do I log into the new system? Will I have to create a userid or is my previous User Id still valid?
Answer:
  1. Existing clients will receive an email directly from Wellness Living with their log in credentials.  You will need to sign a new liability release form to register for your first class in the new system.
  2. New clients will be required to create a new account.

Question: Why am I forced to create a password?
Answer: You need to create a password to manage your Blossom Account and join your classes. You will also be able to purchase class passes and enroll in workshops and events.

Question: Is there a tutorial that I can view to help me understand where to find what I need in this system?
Answer: The new system is very intuitive and it's pretty easy to find what you need, but if you have any issues finding what you need, please send an email to blossom@blossombirthandfamily.org.

Question: What will happen to my Lifetime Membership? Will I still get reduced prices for my classes?
Answer: Yes, all Lifetime Memberships are still valid and will be transferred to your Blossom Account on Wellness Living.

Question: What about my current class pass? Will there still be a Blossom class pass?
Answer:
  1. Yes, we will still have the same options of class bundles we had before: the 8-class pack and the Monthly Unlimited.
  2. If you had an active pass before we switched systems, your pass has been transferred to your new account at Wellness Living. The expiration dates on all passes were extended an additional 14 days due to the 2020 Holiday closure.

Question: How will I get my zoom link?
Answer: You will not need to receive a Zoom link.
To join a class:
  1. Log into your Blossom Account on Wellness Living via the website or mobile app
  2. Click on ‘My Schedule’
  3. Click on ‘Join Session’ or ‘Join’ on your mobile phone.

Question: What is the difference between Classes and Events?
Answer:
  • Classes refer to all our Yoga & Fitness Classes and Support/Discussion Groups that happen on a weekly basis, all year long.
  • Events are classes and workshops that are scheduled for specific days.  A single class/workshop or a class with more than one session can qualify as an event.  You should register for these types of classes/workshops in advance.  If space is available the day of the event, you can still register, but you run the risk of the class being full.
