Registration & Flexibility:
Registration for the full series is included with the purchase of an 8-class pass.
We recognize that schedules can be unpredictable; therefore, our series are designed with flexibility in mind. However, to maximize the benefits of the program and the community experience, we highly recommend attending from the initial session
Having said that, should you need to miss a session, your class credit remains valid. You may apply it toward a future 8-week series or redeem it for any of our Movement and Meditation classes.
Class Topics
Pregnancy is a wonderful time of growth and change. Each weekly session focuses on a specialized prenatal topic, followed by dedicated time for participants to connect and build lasting relationships.
Throughout the 8-week series, we will also welcome special guest speakers such as a pediatrician, sleep coach, pelvic floor therapist, and infant massage therapist, offering additional expert guidance and support.
