Every Stage, Every Body: A Women's Health & Empowerment Summit

This educational community event is designed to empower women with evidence-based information, practical tools, and expert guidance as they navigate perimenopause, menopause, and the reproductive transition. Through keynote presentations, multidisciplinary panel discussions, and interactive audience Q&A, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the hormonal, physical, sexual, mental, and emotional changes that occur during midlife.

Bringing together leading specialists in women's health—including OB/GYNs, fertility experts, pelvic health providers, dermatologists, mental health professionals, and longevity specialists—the evening aims to break the stigma surrounding menopause, encourage open conversations, and help women make informed decisions about their health and well-being.

Beyond education, the event fosters connection by creating a welcoming space for attendees to engage with healthcare professionals, explore local wellness resources, and build a supportive community. Participants will leave with greater confidence, practical strategies, and access to trusted resources to help them advocate for themselves and thrive during every stage of the menopausal transition.

Event Flow and Program Agenda

The evening is thoughtfully designed to take attendees on a comprehensive journey through the menopause transition—beginning with the science behind hormonal changes, exploring their impact on physical and sexual health, and concluding with the mental and emotional aspects of midlife wellness. Each educational segment will be followed by a live audience Q&A, giving attendees the opportunity to engage directly with our expert panelists.

Melissa Olivera will serve as the evening's moderator, guiding the conversations, facilitating audience questions, and ensuring a dynamic, informative, and engaging experience.
