Registration & Flexibility:
Registration for the full series is included with the purchase of an 8-class pass.
We recognize that schedules can be unpredictable when caring for a newborn; therefore, our series are designed with flexibility in mind. However, to maximize the benefits of the program and the community experience, we highly recommend attending from the initial session
Having said that, should you need to miss a session, your class credit remains valid. You may apply it toward a future 8-week series or redeem it for any of our Movement and Meditation classes.
Class Topics
The early weeks with a newborn can feel both beautiful and overwhelming. Early Days Together is a supportive group for mothers in the newborn stage to connect, learn, and grow in community.
Led by a Registered Nurse, Certified Lactation Consultant, and Sleep Specialist, each session blends open conversation with evidence-based guidance on newborn development, feeding, soothing techniques, postpartum recovery, pelvic floor health, and realistic sleep expectations. Guest professionals may join throughout the series to offer additional insight and support.
Together, we’ll build confidence, foster connection, and help you feel supported as you step into this new season of motherhood.
**We welcome babies at this event to help foster early community connections, though you are equally welcome to attend solo for a well-deserved break.

Meet the Instructor

Meet Jamie
Jamie is a Registered Nurse, Certified Lactation Consultant, Sleep Specialist, and mother of three. She is deeply committed to supporting families as they navigate feeding, sleep, and the tender transition into postpartum life.
Understanding how overwhelming and vulnerable the early weeks can feel, Jamie provides evidence-based education, steady guidance, and a supportive space where parents can ask questions without judgment. She believes there is no one “right” way to parent - only what feels aligned with each family’s values and supports their baby’s needs.
Her goal is for families to leave feeling informed, encouraged, and confident in their journey.
