As children figure out their place in the world, yoga classes encourage self-acceptance, compassion, kindness and discipline. It celebrates and creates expression, individual differences and community. Through storytelling, sharing, and movement practice your child will observe better body and emotional awareness. ​Q.: Can my partner/mother/caregiver join the class?
A.: Yes! All caregivers and partners are welcome to join us! Blossom kindly asks that every adult who is actively engaged in the yoga practice to register and pay for this class individually. In many cases, partners and caregivers come to class to support the birthing person and choose not to take part in yoga, in which case they will not be required to pay for the class.
