Talia Moore is an experienced birth doula, childbirth educator, support group facilitator and baby nutrition consultant.
Over the past fifteen years, she has worked with hundreds of families, at different stages of parenthood. As a childbirth educator and birth doula, she has supported parents prenatally, during labor and delivery, and later as they navigate those first tender weeks and months postpartum. Over the years her offerings have extended beyond childbirth into nourishing mothers and babies with information about food and nutrition. She co-founded a successful artisanal children’s food business, Tummy Thyme, which closed after 6 years as a result of the COVID pandemic. Talia has worked extensively with pediatric nutritionists, pediatricians and lactation consultants which inspired her to create a workshop focused on the introduction of solids and how to create a positive relationship with food from a baby’s first bite.
