Mama Beast Boot Camp

Mama Beast Boot Camp offers safe and effective workouts in a fun and welcoming environment. We provide fitness, fun & community support for moms of all ages and stages of motherhood. Classes combine strength training, cardio and a focus on core and pelvic floor. You can even bring your kiddo(s) along! All you need is a mat, a bottle of water and a "can do" attitude! Come workout with us and meet your Momtribe!

This class takes place on Mondays @ Marlin Park, Redwood Shores and Fridays @ McGarvey Field (directly behind Red Morton Community Center, Redwood City).

Price: $17

​Please wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes, bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.
