All offerings below require either a JCC membership or purchase of a guest pass. Our small group classes require an additional fee (noted where appropriate).

Pregnancy:
Splash your way to fitness with this low-impact total body workout. Cardiovascular, strength and flexibility exercises are great for rehabilitating from an injury or for a killer workout! Classes are taught in the shallow end of our Outdoor Pool.
Strengthen both mind and body through this joyful low-impact workout based on the dance arts (modern, jazz), the martial arts (tai chi, taekwondo) and healing arts (yoga).

Fitness, community and support for women. Our WOW small group training program is the perfect combination of fun, camaraderie, strength training, flexibility and cardio conditioning. Led by personal trainers, we will get to know you and your goals so that workouts are customized to achieve real results. Swim Lessons for children aged six months and above
Toddler level one lessons require an adult to accompany the child in the water and focus on accustoming participants to the water, immersions and bubbles. (Additional Fee)
