FIT4BABY is a workout program designed specifically for moms-to-be. It includes cardio, strength training, balance, flexibility and core exercises to accommodate all trimesters of pregnancy.
FIT4BABY is a weekly prenatal program that includes private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey. The workouts will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
Please wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes, bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
Price: $35/class
Includes resistance band required for classes.
