​Stretch and relax with Carolina from Blossom Birth and Family during this 30 min Yoga session. Yoga stretches will help improve your flexibility, muscle tightness and help with blood circulation.

A mom of two tweens, she’s passionate about helping women feel strong, supported, and empowered through every stage of motherhood.
