Mom & Baby Yoga
Mom & Baby yoga classes are a very comfortable, supportive environment where moms can meet other women, talk about what they are going through, and enjoy special times with their babies, all while experiencing the benefits of yoga.
The recommended age for babies to participate is 3 weeks up to crawling and/or walking. Once your baby is mobile you both will graduate to the toddler and me yoga class (coming soon).
These classes have their own special rhythm, following the needs of the babies. All caregivers and partners are welcome to join as well.
We suggest wearing comfortable clothes you can move in and having a blanket for your baby on hand. No prior yoga experience necessary, you and your newborn may participate as gently as you like. If you have questions about when to start, do ask your midwife or doctor.

8-Class Pass: $175
Monthly Unlimited Pass: $199
8-Class and Monthly Unlimited Passes can be used interchangeably with Group and Yoga classes. Member discounts available.
Online Class Protocol: We ask that students begin class with their sound unmuted to go through a brief introduction and ask questions. After this, yoga will begin and students may mute their audio. For the safety and comfort of our instructors and students, we ask that all students have their camera on during the entirety of the class.
