Dr. Aarti Nasta
Bringing a new baby into the world is one of life’s most joyful experiences—but it can also be overwhelming, especially with so much advice out there. In this talk, I’ll walk you through how to go healthy, natural, and green when caring for your newborn—from the moment you bring your baby home. We’ll explore gentle, integrative approaches to infant care, how to create a low-toxin home environment, and key things to consider around vaccinations. My goal is to empower you with evidence-based guidance blended with holistic wisdom so you can make confident, informed decisions for your baby’s health and well-being.
