Registration & Flexibility:
Registration for the full series is included with the purchase of an 8-class pass.
We recognize that schedules can be unpredictable when having a baby; therefore, our series are designed with flexibility in mind. However, to maximize the benefits of the program and the community experience, we highly recommend attending from the initial session
Having said that, should you need to miss a session, your class credit remains valid. You may apply it toward a future 8-week series or redeem it for any of our Movement and Meditation classes.
Class Topics
As your little ones start to find their feet, life moves fast—and it’s totally normal to have a million new questions. You shouldn't have to navigate those "is this normal?" moments alone.
Come join us to build your village! We’re diving into the real, often-unspoken experiences of early motherhood, from common fears to the transition into toddlerhood. You’ll learn how to distinguish between everyday stress and when to reach out for mental health support, all while gaining a toolkit of resources to help you and your baby thrive.
**We welcome babies at this event to help foster early community connections, though you are equally welcome to attend solo for a well-deserved break.

Meet the Instructor

Laura Todd is a licensed therapist (LPCC) with over a decade of experience working in the field. She has additional certifications in infant/early childhood mental health and perinatal mental health. Laura worked at Gardner Family Health Services as a therapist, lead, and supervisor in the Family Enrichment Program providing mental health services to families with children ages 0 to 5 years old in Santa Clara County. She started her private practice Early Bonds Therapy in January 2024 focusing on supporting parents through all stages of their early parenting journey including preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting toddlers and preschoolers. When Laura isn't working with clients and developing her practice, she is playing with her toddler and preschooler with trains and cars, reading books, cross stitching, and trying to catch up on sleep.
